Bookings for FlowCore equipment can be made via the online calendar system:

Logins for making bookings are assigned for each laboratory. If your laboratory does not have a login assigned, please contact FlowCore to have an account created.

When making a booking, please be aware of the following conditions:
 

• All samples must be filtered prior to being run on FlowCore equipment!

• Any bookings made more than 3 weeks in advance are subject to change by negotiation.
   
• Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance - FlowCore reserves the right to charge for bookings cancelled without sufficient notice.
   
• Users will be charged based on the time booked, not the time used.
   
• Any bookings on the cell sorters beyond FlowCore operating hours (8am - 5pm business days) must be arranged by email with FlowCore staff before the booking is made.
   
• FlowCore reserves the right to change booking times, but will endeavour to give researchers as much notice as possible.

Swipe card access to the facility is available for holders of a Monash University staff/student card and ASCC employees with FOBs. If you do not have an appropriate swipe card, please ring the doorbell on arrival (during business hours only, i.e. 8am - 5pm weekdays).

To request swipe card access, please send us an email containing:

• your full name
   
• your supervisor's name
   
• your swipe card ID.

Please note that you will be required to complete a safety induction for the facility, read the FlowCore Safety Manual and sign a declaration before your swipe card can be approved for access.
