Sterile Sorting
Sorting of Infectious Material
Tissue Culture Plate Deposition (inc. single cell)
1Generally we recommend smaller nozzles for lymphocytes & stem cells, and larger nozzles for cultured cells & larger particles (eg stromal cells, megakaryocytes, protoplasts). Please contact us if you are unsure which nozzle to choose.
2The yellow laser line excites PE more optimally, and eliminates spillover issues with bright GFP signals.
